We've struggled to get it to run properly since it was installed 2 years ago and, despite many phone calls and emails to the installer, they have failed to turn up as promised. We finally have a lovely warm cottage and a system that's running far more efficiently and cost effectively. "Called Adam out to my mum who had a heat pump installed last year which wasn't working efficiently, noisy, cold radiators and costing a small fortune in electricity. Turns out the original installers hadn't balanced the rads and had done a pretty poor job all around. Adam spent several hours checking the system, balancing the rads and now the house is warm. He has recommended some other bits that need sorting and is coming back out soon, we will be using him for the servicing too. Highly recommend."
